Inspiring Perfomance

This is a two day workshop for inspirational players from throughout the organization which is offered as a follow-on from the initial Purposing. Inspiring Performance comes in two variations:

i. Instigator is for the key business unit leaders who attended the Purpose workshop. This two day workshop will include Inspirer [including Personal Purpose], Instigation, Family, Flow and Sustainable Peak Performance including PPO to Lovemarks. Lovemarks is our approach to the future beyond brands.

ii. Inspirational Leader is for a broader range of inspirational players, including ‘talent development’. This two-day workshop includes PPO introduction, Purpose development and sharing, Personal Purpose, Inspirer, Family and Flow.

The primary outcomes of this workshop will be:
i. individual plans for personal inspirational and instigation development and
ii. organisational development plans for the enrichment of the organization’s climate and ability to achieve flow.

Participants will obtain an understanding of:
  • The limitations of traditional management and leadership
  • The role of Instigators and what they stand for
  • The breakthrough impact of Inspiration
  • Enhancing the organizational climate by benchmarking against PPO best practice
  • How Inspiration can be enhanced throughout the organization.
Preparation for the workshop involves the completion of ten web based tools which will enable participants to reflect on all aspects of their inspirational leadership. Personalisede feedback is provided and there is the opportunity in the workshop and subsequently for discussions with the facilitators to develop an inspirational leadership development plan.
