Peak Performance Transition

Peak Performance Transition involves a day with an Inspiros Worldwide Director, who will introduce the initiatives that will assist the organisation’s transition towards adoption of the newly created Purpose throughout the organization, and the implementation of PPO Practices. In attendance, should be the Chief Executive, the CFO, HR Director, Communication/ Marketing Director, plus 2-3 other senior portfolio holders or General Mangers with P&L responsibility. If required this format may be repeated with different business units.

From this session, you will:

  • Identify how the new Purpose should be shared, by whom, with whom, when, where and how
  • Establish gameplans to ensure that Purpose is represented throughout the organization's

    • Partners
    • People
    • Promotion
  • Develop a business rationale that provides an explanation of how the organization creates value; this becomes the basis for implementing Purpose. Business Rationale replaces traditional strategy.
  • Develop Top Ten Challenges as milestones towards the Greatest Imaginable Challenge
  • Establish a PPO Scoreboard that enables the organization to measure it’s progress towards living the Purpose and achieving its challenges
  • Align People policies and practices with PPO
  • Implement a PPO Development document that applies to every employee in the organization and enables them to see how their own work directly contributes to the organization’s Purpose
  • Develop an action plan for Fostering Family, building on the workshops outputs
  • Develop an action plan for turning the organization and its products into Lovemarks – brands that are irresistible; PPO directly integrates, Purpose with Business Rationale, Scoreboard and brands
  • Implement a proprietary project management tool (RASCI) that enables the organization to develop the action plans that will facilitate Purpose transition and PPO Practices implementation
  • Learn how other global organizations have transitioned towards their new Purpose.

The outcome will be an effective context that successfully embeds the new inspirational Purpose and PPO Practices throughout the organization. This will ensure clarity and consistency of intent and direction for the organization and the basis for value creation. Purpose transition is the springboard from which the organization can maximize the opportunities created by subsequent Inspirer workshops that assist in energizing everyone towards Purpose.
