Our Tools

We believe that Inspirational Leadership can be learned.  Our tools are designed to enable participants in our workshops to reflect on their own Inspirational Leadership skills and style, to enable them to enhance their abilities to inspire others towards Peak Performance.

In order to access our reflective tools you will need a username and password.  If you are a participant in one of our workshops your organisation will have been given a URL that will enable you to sign up to participate.  Paste the URL into your web browser and follow the instructions.  You will automatically be assigned a password.

Peak Perfoming Organisation tools are used in our workshops.  Select this from the menu in order to access the tools.

Personal Purpose online is available to members of our client organisations to assist you to develop your Personal Purpose.  This tool complements the Personal Purpose book used in our workshops.  If you are eligible, select Personal Purpose from the menu and follow the instructions.
